MASON JAR ICE CREAM

MASON JAR ICE CREAM 1c. heavy cream 1 ½ T. sugar ½ t. vanilla Pinch of salt 1T. powdered Jell-O pudding (any flavor) 1-16 oz. chilled glass jar Pour all the ingredients into the jar. Tightly secure the lid. Shake the jar for 4-5 minutes, till the cream thickens and almost doubles in size. Freeze the jar for 2-3 hours, until it has hardened. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

THE BEST BUTTERCREAM FROSTING ·       4 cups Powdered Sugar (or 1 pound) ·       1 cup Butter (Softened Salted Sweet Cream) ·       2-3 teaspoons Vanilla ·       1-2 tablespoons Milk 1.    Add softened butter and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix until completely combined. 2.    Add Powdered Sugar and beat on low until it is incorporated. Then move mixer up to medium-high speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. 3.    When completely mixed the frosting may appear dry. 4.    Add milk a little bit at a time until frosting is the proper consistency.

Nutella and banana sushi

Nutella and banana sushi 2 tortillas 4 tbs Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread 2 bananas Place bread on a cutting board and spread with Nutella Peel banana and lay in on the edge of the tortilla. Roll banana in tortilla. Slice into rounds and arrange on a plate with the cut edge facing up. Garnish with your favorite berries.

LEMON BUDDIES   /   GF 9 c. rice chex 1  1/4 c. white vanilla baking chips 1/4 c. butter 4 t. lemon zest 2 T. fresh lemon juice 2 c. powdered sugar Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In 1 - quart microwavable bowl, microwave chips, butter lemon peel and juice uncovered on high 1 minute; stir. Cook 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be  stirred smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

Ingredients 2 pounds ground beef 1 envelope (1-1/4 ounces) taco seasoning 3/4 cup water 1 bottle (15 ounces) mild green taco sauce 9 flour tortillas (6 inches) 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans 2 cups sour cream 4 green onions, chopped 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained Optional: Chopped tomatoes and chopped avocados Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients: 8 oz. Cream cheese 8 oz. Pepperjack cheese, shredded 1 ½ Tbsp. taco seasoning 1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded 8 flour tortillas shredded cheddar cheese green onion, sour cream  /  salsa for garnish Stir together cream cheese, pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning. Fold in chicken. Divide among the tortillas. Tuck in sides and roll up each tortilla. Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray. Bake @ 350, 15 minutes. Turn chimi’s over and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with cheddar cheese, green onion, sour cream and salsa.

PIZZA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS   12 oz. Rotini 24 oz. Spaghetti Sauce 1 c. Diced Pepperoni ½ c. whole Pepperoni 2 ½ c. Mozzerella Cheese ( Shredded) 1 tsp. Dried oregano / or Italian seasoning **You can substitute hamburger or sausage for pepperoni as well as pizza topping vegetables If using hamburger or sausage, add seasoning while cooking** DIRECTIONS 1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray. 2.     Cook pasta to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add spaghetti sauce, diced pepperoni (or your choice of meat), 1 ½ c. cheese and seasoning. Mix and pour into prepared dish. 3.     Add the remaining cheese to the top of casserole, then add whole pepperoni on top. 4.     Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted/golden brown on the edges. 5.     Remove from oven, let set for 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
