MASON JAR ICE CREAM
1c. heavy cream
1 ½ T. sugar
½ t. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1T. powdered Jell-O pudding (any flavor)
1-16 oz. chilled glass jar
Pour all the ingredients into the jar. Tightly secure the lid.
Shake the jar for 4-5 minutes, till the cream thickens and almost doubles in size.
Freeze the jar for 2-3 hours, until it has hardened.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
