INGREDIENTS
12 oz. Rotini
24 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
1 c. Diced Pepperoni
½ c. whole Pepperoni
2 ½ c. Mozzerella Cheese ( Shredded)
1 tsp. Dried oregano / or Italian seasoning
**You can substitute hamburger or sausage for pepperoni as well as pizza topping vegetables
If using hamburger or sausage, add seasoning while cooking**
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.
2. Cook pasta to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add spaghetti sauce, diced pepperoni (or your choice of meat), 1 ½ c. cheese and seasoning. Mix and pour into prepared dish.
3. Add the remaining cheese to the top of casserole, then add whole pepperoni on top.
4. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted/golden brown on the edges.
5. Remove from oven, let set for 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
